By booking a flight with Red Kite Airsports, you agree to accept the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking & Scheduling

Appointments must be scheduled via our office phone or email. Early booking is encouraged to secure your preferred date and time.

If you fail to cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you may lose that slot and be charged a cancellation fee.

2. Weather & Service Adjustments

All activities depend on prevailing weather conditions. If conditions are unsuitable, we may shorten or postpone your session. In such cases, you may reschedule at no extra charge.

Please contact us on the morning of your booking to confirm whether your session will proceed.

3. Voucher & Program Validity

Gift vouchers are active for 12 months from the date of issue.

Extensions may be possible within three months of expiry, subject to an administration fee.

4. Payments & Deposits

Vouchers must be paid for in full at time of purchase.

5. Transfers & Substitution

Unused vouchers or training slots may be transferred to another individual only with prior approval from us, and once validity requirements are met.

6. Safety & Operational Authority

The safety of participants is paramount. Our instructors reserve the right to cancel or discontinue a session if safety is compromised.

Our safety decisions are final and must be respected.

For safety reasons there is a maximum weight limit of 105kg fully clothed per passenger. If the customer is above this weight limit upon attending the flight, the booking will be forfeited.

Passengers must be a minimum of 14 years old.

7. Liability & Assumption of Risk

All activities involve inherent risk. By participating, you acknowledge and accept the possibility of injury or worse, despite stringent safety precautions.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

a) Refunds

If you cancel within 30 days of full payment or deposit, a refund will be issued, minus a £30 administration fee.

Cancellations made after this 30-day window—especially those within 30 days of a session—are non-refundable.

b) Postponements & No-Shows

Notify us at least 24 hours in advance to postpone a session. Otherwise, you may forfeit the booking and be charged a £35 cancellation fee.

If you are late to your booked slot, the flight time may be reduced accordingly.

c) Weather-Related Interruptions

If your session is postponed or cancelled due to weather, you may reschedule at no extra cost.

If we cannot provide an alternative date suitable for you, a full refund will be offered.
